INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I offer remote 1:1 therapy to highly motivated, introspective adult women who are eager to break generational patterns and create lasting transformation in their lives. All individual therapy sessions are 90 minutes in duration and generally meet weekly or every other week. Why 90 minutes versus the typical 45-50 minute sessions? If you have been in therapy in the past, you will know there are times when it feels like you are just getting to the deep work about 10 minutes before having to wrap up the session. These longer sessions allow us to move beyond quick weekly check-ins and into deeper, more meaningful work. Instead of squeezing important healing into a short timeframe, we have the time and space to create real, lasting change in a way that’s focused, intentional, and efficient. Just as importantly, the pace is steady and supportive, giving your nervous system the chance to feel safe, settle, and integrate, so progress happens without adding more stress to an already full life.
The cost of these sessions are $350

Supportive Therapy vs. Change Therapy

Many of my clients come to me feeling frustrated that the same challenges continue to be present even after participating in previous therapy attempts to “work on it”. They wonder why past experiences are still causing upset, constant internal chatter, and difficulty in their relationships. This can happen for a number of reasons, but the one I see most is that folx have previously engaged in supportive therapy. It served an important purpose at the time, but it did not focus on creating the change needed to mitigate the presenting concern. I enjoy the opportunity to provide change-focused therapy through the use of evidenced-based modalities like EMDR Therapy, parts work, evidence-based listening therapy, and body-based interventions to support my clients in transforming their lives.

THERAPY INTENSIVES: A FOCUSED PATH TO MEANINGFUL CHANGE

Therapy intensives offer a more concentrated and supportive way to do deep healing work. By creating dedicated time and space, intensives allow us to focus fully on what matters most, helping you experience relief and progress without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Intensives are tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Why clients choose therapy intensives:

  • Deeper work in less time
Extended sessions allow us to stay with the work long enough for real shifts to happen, rather than stopping just as things begin to feel meaningful.

  • Strong support for your nervous system
Intensives are thoughtfully paced and structured to help your body feel safe, regulated, and supported throughout the process, which is essential for healing and creating change.

  • Research-supported approach
Therapy intensives are increasingly recognized in trauma treatment research as an effective model, with many clients making comparable progress in a shorter time frame than in weekly therapy.

  • Relief sooner, not months down the road
By reducing the length of treatment, intensives can shorten the time you’re living with trauma symptoms that impact work, relationships, parenting, and overall well-being.

  • Shorter wait times
Because intensives are scheduled in focused blocks, clients are often able to begin treatment much sooner than with traditional weekly therapy.
